| Description | Whereby Wright, who has agreed on 29 May 1828 to purchase the property (containing 19a approx.) from Turner for £1,500 on condition that the Trustees will proceed with the exchange, now, in consideration of £1,500 paid by Wright to Turner, Wright and Turner convey the property, consisting of the Home Ground with a hovel and yard and Parson's Piece divided in 2 parts, containing in all 19 acres, to the Trustees. In return, the Trustees convey to Wright 15 messuages or cottages in Southam, of which 4 are occupied by the parish officers, and 11 leased out, and also a tenement called the Engine House, with any other house property belonging to the Trustees in Southam.
