TitleDeed to lead the uses of a fine. Joseph Symcox intended that the annual rent of 40s, from part of a messuage known as the White Bear, in High Street, near Broad Gate, Coventry, should be for the use of the poor of the parish of Stoneleigh, but was prevented by death from assuring this. Now, the parties to this deed covenant to levy a fine to that effect.
