TitleDeclaration that Robert Cokkes of Warwick and Thomas Derby of Warwick by their charter of even date granted to Margery Box, widow of John Box late of Warwick a messuage in Smith Street which the said Robert and Thomas had by grant from John Lenche. The said Margery is to be married to the said John Lenche of Warwick, the messuage being held to her and the legitimate issue of their marriage and in default of which to the right heirs of John Lenche [further terms are set out].
