| Description | Deed by gift with warranty [or quitclaim?] and for the quittance of 14 shillings by Emma, widow of Reginald de Fifhyde, daughter of Richard Toly of Fennicumpton to Symon, son of Henry de Pudlicot' of her right and claim in one messuage and 6 acres of land in Fennicumpton, which he formerly had by gift of the said Reginald. To give more strength to this remission Emma has taken a corporal oath as well as affixed her seal.
