Property: Moiety of a messuage and lands in Corley; messuage and lands in the city and co. of Coventry; messuages and lands in Fillongley; leasehold messuage and appurtenances in Swallow Street in the par. of St. James, Westminster [co. Middlesex]; leasehold messuages and appurtenances in the par. of St. James, Westminster
Recites: Settlement by lease and release prior to marriage of the said Amillian Holbeche the f. [of 1., 2. & 3.] and Mary Vincent; wills of members of her family; and an indenture bearing even date entered into by her.
This present Agreement: arranges for the partition of the property to take effect after the death of the parents; the shares of each are specified.
