DescriptionLeaving to his cousin William Elkington now living with Greville in Mollington and to his four daughters five pounds apiece, leaving five pounds apiece to the poor of Mollington and Farnborough, leaving six pounds per annum to his wife Anne Elkington to be paid out of the profits of his yardland in Mollington and also all household goods. To his brother William Alcock and his wife Anne Alcock he left all his farm goods and made them executors of his will. Original dated 25 April 1732. Marked 'I am of Opinion that the Annuity above Devised to Ann Elkington is saddled with the paymt of the Land Tax by way of Deduction by y Proprietor out of whose Land y Annuity issues if this is by force of the Land Tax act '
