DescriptionDetailing that his nephew William Hancock, son of his brother William Hancock, was to be the sole executor of his estate and left to him all his property in Warmington, to his nephew Samuel Hancock, his nephew John Hancock and his niece Mary Phillips twenty pounds apiece, to his niece Elizabeth Banister he left forty pounds and to his nephews Thomas Lambert, John Lambert and nieces Margaret Lambert and Judith Gascoign twenty pounds apiece and to the children of his brother Richard Hancock and sister Elizabeth one shilling apiece, and to his nephews and nieces Samuel Hancock, Mary Phillips, John Hancock, William Hancock and Elizabeth Banister all his household goods.
