| Description | These usually consist of pre-registration title deeds relating to the property. Each item generally consists of an envelope or bundle which includes abstracts of title, conveyances, transfers and mortgages as well as searches and enquiries. Some abstracts and conveyances include plans. The bundles tend to contain a List of documents sent to the Land Registry. It should be noted that often not all of the documents listed have been deposited. Occasionally there are additional documents included relating to transactions occurring after registration of the title.
The collection has been arranged according to the town and then each item is entitled with the property address. |
