The staff is an all-family one, comprising Harry and William (brothers), Hilda (sister), and Bill Harris (son of Harry). Harry Harris and his wife Mollie lives at [address removed], Nuneaton, and he is a Bell Ringer at Chilvers Coton Church. William Harris and sister Hilda live at the shop.
