Lightborow, weaver and clothier, and Mary, his wife, of the 3rd, whereby Tho. Sarginson, for £70 given him by Hen. Lightborow, grants to him and his wife the messuage with cow-house and appurtenances, known as the Stone-house on n. side of ?ell Street for ever.
The remaining parties release all their title in the messuage to present grantees.
