| Description | Indenture made on 25 March 1937 between the Revd. Alfred John Mortimer, Ilmington, and Mr Harold George Wilkins. For a half-year tenancy of the field Ploughed Hay Grounds formally part of the glebe grounds belonging to the Rectory of Ilmington, Warwick. This agreement was originally made between Revd. Wesley Morris Edge and Mr Herbert Harold on the 29 September 1934 for a yearly tenancy on the fielding known as Blackwell Bushes and number nine on the plan of Southfield Farm. This has been altered.
