| Description | (a) Dugdale Stratford Dugdale of Merevale, esq., to set to John Watson, George Palmer of Ansley, and Edward Weston of Over Whitacre for 5 years his right of interest in the great tithes (upon the lands in the occupation of the several persons named and charged in the 1810 valuation: DR0298/42) being the value of the 1/5 part of the great tithe due to the vicar of Ansley (scheduled) with the tithe barn and premises belonging thereto. With covenants by JW et al. re repair and maintenance of the tithe barn and all buildings etc. belonging to the said premises.
(b) Joseph Hutchins, vicar, to let to DSD all his right and interest in the great tithes for 5 years at the yearly sum of £90. |
