Description1: Deed of arbitration in a dispute between Richard Wise, and Lord Digby and others over common right in two closes called Washcrofte and Hedgcroft being the land of Richard Wise in the manor of Coleshill) and in the common field called Gillson Hall Feild in the manor of Gillson in Coleshill. Richard Wise is awarded the two lands free of common rights, but is to convey to the freeholders forever half an acre of land in the Grimscott Field below the well called Chadd Well to the use of the parish poor or the maintenance of the Free Grammar School; Wise was to receive 40 shillings from William Greene, 8th February 1654/5

6: Post nuptial settlement of Thomas Lagoe of Nether Whitacre, turner, and Martha his wife, daughter of Thomas Bull of Nether Whitacre, husbandman, by which Bull enfeoffed Lagoe and his heirs with the cottage Lagoe then inhabited and 3 acres of arable adjoining Great Mabriddinge (on part of which the cottage stands) and 2 arable lands of one and a half acres in fields called Townfeilde and Myllfeilde, 10 November (1621)
7: Feoffment from Thomas Bull (as above) and Thomas Bull of Round Acton, Salop, tailor, his son and heir apparent, to Thomas Huntbach of Coleshill, gent., of a meadow called Bourne Meadowe and a close called Hillfeild with the proviso that if Bull and his family levy a fine to Huntbach of the cottage and 5 acres purchased by deed of even dating (DRB0100/141/8 below) then the deed is to be void, 7 May 1625
8: Feoffment from Thomas Lagoe and Martha his wife and Thomas Bull senior and junior to Thomas Huntbache of Coleshill, gent, of the property described in DRB0100/141/6 above, 7th May 1625
9: Thomas Huntbache in his will dated 1st June 1628 directed that William Dugdale of Blythe Hall, Shustoke, gent. and Thomas Huntbache, of Seawall, Staffs. gent., his nephew, were to appoint trustees to administer the rents and profits from the above property for the use of the poor of Coleshill: deed of appointment of trustees signed by William Dugdale (the antiquary) and Thomas Huntbache, 1st June 1652
10-13: Appointments of new trustees, 29th June 1672, 16th October 1688, 1st-2nd July 1707, 10th-11th February 1723/4
14-15: Draft and original conveyance of the property to new trustees by Sarah Wood of Coleshill, spinster, only surviving child and heir of Charles Wood of Coleshill, farmer, last surviving trustee of the Huntbach charity which now has long been united with that of William (sic) Wise, now called Smock Gussett, 2nd-3rd November 1812
16-17: Appointment of new trustees for both charities, 21st November 1845. Letter from Henry Eyres Landor to Miss Wood, wanting a plan of the Wise property prior to drawing up the deed, 11th October, 1845
