Hewett, between a tenement held by Pet. Colman, and one belonging to Mayor, etc., and also of a tenement in/Gosford Street, betw. a tenement occupied by Will. Powell, tinker, and one occupied by Tho. Love, gentleman, and is now occupied by Margery Copestake, widow (see DR0429/100 for transaction with the Fishpoole family and the partition among the Kervyns), and also of a cottage in Cook Street between tenement of Hen. Shawell, alderman, and one of Ric. Gutter, and extends fr. street to garden of Ric. Barker, now occupied by Tho. Kymberley, carpenter, and also all charters. Proviso as to creation of new feoffees repeated.
