Finch, rector of Little Packington, and Thomas Cattell, rector of Berkswell, clerks, to act as Commissioners and allot the new pews and sitting places (leaving 182 sittings free and unappropriated); reciting the resolution of the Vestry meeting, dated 1 Feb 1826, when Wriothesley Digby, esq., offered to lend and advance the £250 required to make good the deficiency of the estimate after the subscriptions, to pay the loan off out of the church rates, by instalments of £50 p.a.
