| Description | Agreement between Michael Biddulph of Polesworth, Richard Beardsley of Amington and William Heathcot of Polesworth, and Sir Francis Nethersole of Polesworth, that incumbrances in the form of leases, mortgages, judgements, etc., affecting the manor of Polesworth and an estate at Warton, shall be to the use of Sir Francis Nethersole, and of Michael Biddulph and other assignees of Sir Francis or purchasers from him, and not to the prejudice of the jointure of Frances Biddulph, wife of Michael Biddulph. |
