DescriptionArticles of Agreement between William Randall of Westminster, Charles Randall, Robert Randall, John Randall, Thomas Randall, Samuel Randall and Richard Randall (sons of John Randall, late of Great Wolford, yeoman, deceased) of the first part and William Pettypher of Wormleighton, clerk, for the conveyance of (a) a great inclosed ground in Hodnell and Radbourn called "Astfield" or "Randall's Ground" in Wills Pasture and all "Tenths and Tyths" arising from the same and (b) a little meadow (lying within (a)) with all tenths and tithes and appurtenances for the respective considerations of £400, to be paid by Queen Anne's Bounty, for (a) and £56. 1s., to be paid by Pettypher, for (b). With agreements that no part of the premises shall be ploughed nor wood lopped except for repair of the premises, nor any timber felled nor waste committed and that Richard Charles, the present tenant, shall quit and deliver up possession to the prospective grantees at Lady Day 1738. 24 Dec 1736.
