| Description | Until 1994 the minutes were kept in volumes and after that were kept loose leaf. The folders for loose leaf minutes were arranged adopting a year commencing in April and ending in March which follows the financial years. This has been kept in this arrangement. The annual parish council meetings (latterly often called general annual meetings) held in May have been kept in this series. |
