Description | (Trustees) of: (1) the lands as in DR0230/67/5-6. (2) a bond obligatory and several notes of hand (1723-1735: all recited) by which William Bray of Sapcote, carpenter, Joseph Bray of Sapcote, William Wale younger and senior became bound to GC in various sums. To be held in trust to the uses declated viz. (1) to AC for life, then a moiety to the use of her appointees and, for want of such appointees, to the children (all named) of her brothers (viz. Richard Bray, late of Leire (Leics.) carpenter, deceased; Daniel Bray of Sapcote, cordwainer, and Noah Bray, late of Sapcote, yeoman, deceased) and their heirs and assigns to take as tenants in common and not to accrue by serviceship.
