Shears et al.); correspondence from Benjamin Barrows of Birmingham to his brother John Barrows of Rugby, bricklayer, re the transportation of 3 "Culloms" [?columns] by "Mr. Wallise is Waggin to the Redcap in Dunchurch", 14 Feb 1793 (included as part of the bill); bills from Ochman and Nutt of London (who were boarded for 5 weeks at Rugby to undertake the work) for cost of erecting the organ and travelling from London to Rugby etc.; bills of turnpike expenses and food and drink (incl. a pr. headed bill from Richard Smith's ?coaching Inn at Lutterworth) in connection with travelling and fetching the organ from Galby (Leics.) with "2 Waggons with 5 horses - and 4 horses and 3 saddle horses"; bills from John Hill for writing music for the use of the organist and singers belonging to Rugby church and for teaching and "Attending the Children at ye Sunday School"; bill from J. Pratt for writing 64 pages of music and cost of music paper; bills in connection with organists salary, choir books etc.
