DescriptionAward and allotment of (1) seats, pews and sitting places gained by enlarging the parish church (by purchase), (2) seats etc. in the old part of the church which the parishioners have sold or exchanged etc., (3) the new gallery "over the nave of the church" (originally allotted to the Children's School and subsequently exchanged with the proprietors of pews and sittings in the Organ Gallery), (4) the gallery over the North aisle for the use of the poor, (5) the Organ Gallery allotted for the use of the Children of the Sunday Schools in exchange for the gallery over the nave of the church and (6) benches put up in the side aisle to the use of the poor. With a Schedule detailing and confirming all exchanges, sales and allotments (with references to the allotment Awards of 1766 and 1791). Signed by the 4 Commissioners and authorized by and pursuant to an Instrument, dated 9 Mar 1814, enabling the enlargement of the church etc. (recited). 9 May 1820.
Endorsed with an Allotment of Pew No. 96 to Anna Maria Smith mistakenly allotted to Michael Smith by the Commissioners, 4 Dec 1820, and a memorandum that a duplicate of this Allotment was registered and deposited in the Bishop's Registry at Lichfield. 15 May 1820.
