Hagger has moved to Peckham to a more commodious house "in an open part of the lan[ ] which leads from the village of Peckham to The Rye". Tabitha Lowe, who was in a low declining way, has much improved under Dr.Birkbeck. Is pleased J.B.L is "so much relieved as to business" and hopes he will come to the Yearly Meeting.
