| Description | (1) Charles Dalyson, Knight Serjeant at Law and
(2) William Braylsford of Wellow, Co. Notts. esq.
i) In consideration of a marriage between Elizabeth Dalyson, daughter of (1), and (2), (2) agrees to convey a number of farmhouses with pasture land belonging, in Wellow, Grimston and Boughton, Co. Notts., and a number of cottages with closes in Wellow, for the term of his life and for the lives of his heirs male.
ii) Furthermore he will settle and assure lands in Ollerton or within the precincts, co. Nottingham of the yearly value of £50.
iii) (1) is to pay to (2) £500 for these premises.
iv) He will assign the tithes arising in Wellow and Ollerton from the rectory of Edwinstow, Co. Notts. |
