Administrative HistoryThese records are mostly of the firm of Sale & Son from 1875 (when the firm was called Bourne & Sale). In 1882 the name was changed to Sale & Son, and in 1922 it was made into a Limited Company. There are also some personal papers of members of the Sale family.
