| Description | The council was established under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in 1940 to encourage the formation of pig clubs. It was hoped that the clubs would organise the use of kitchen and garden waste and increase domestic food production. The Warwickshire organiser of the council was administered by the W.R.C.C |
