Title	Agreement drawn up, and signed, by the parish officers and other parishioners and allowed by a Justice of the Peace whereby every farmer, grazier, landholder or occupier of lands is to employ any labourers who are willing to work but have no employment at sixpence a day. Anyone so refusing to employ same is still liable to pay sixpence as maintenance of the labourers
