DescriptionIncluding a copy of the conveyance from the Rev John Boudier, vicar of St Mary's, to trustees of the building heretofore used as a Chapel or Meeting House by the Wesleyan Dissenters, with the appurtenances in Chapel Street, to be used as a school for the poor children of the borough, according to the principles of the National Society for the Education of the Poor, 14th May 1836. Many of the papers concern the use of the land following the closure of the school in 1978 (on the building of a new school on the Woodloes estate), and how the purchase money would be spent. It was finally agreed that the property would be sold to the Governors of Warwick Schools for £45,000. 1969-1984
