Richard Plymm' of Warwick granted to Richard Carpenter, William Knyrth, John Coxks, John Symonys and John Plym', 2 cottages in Smith Street, between the tenement of the master of the Hospital of St. John and that of the master of the Gild of the Trinity and St. George in Warwick, extending from the street to the land late of Earl of Warwick, which cottages he had by grant from Larance Russell, chaplain; for the support of St. Nicholas' church and for providing a candle before the sepulchre.
