William Pend' citizen and clothier of London granted to John Smyth of Warwick barber, a messuage and 2 cottages in Smith Street; the messuage between the king's road and the tenement of John Huggeford Esq. and extending from the street to St. Nicholas Street; the cottages between the tenement late of William Pend' and now of Richard Norton, plumber, and Pukkelane, and extending from Smith Street to the land of Benedict Lee; William Pend' also granted to John Smyth a tenement in High Pavement in Warwick between the land of the Earl of Warwick and the tenement now of Richard Bredon, and late of William Roos, in which Adam Saddler now lives, and extending from the street to the land of the said Earl.
