Title	John Smyth of Warwick, barber, and John Smyth alias Yonge of Warwick, smith, John Rede and Thomas Russell of Warwick, in accordance with the will of Richard Norton plumber, late of Warwick, deceased, demised to John Norton, son of the said Richard, and Margaret his wife; a tenement in Warwick, late held by William Pende of London and then by Richard Norton, in which the said John Norton and Margaret his wife lived, in Smith Street between the tenement of Thomas Carpenter on the west and a small tenement, late of the said Richard on the west and extending from the street to the land late of Benedict Lee; which tenement the lessors had from the grant of Richard Norton and which is to be held to the lessees and their legitimate heirs, except for the said small tenement with a shop now adjoining and underneath the high chamber of the said tenement in which the said John Norton and Margaret live. Rent to the churchwardens of St. Nicholas' 2s.
