Robert Coxks of Warwick and Richard Plym' granted to John Coxks, John Cooke, Richard Carpenter, William Knyrth and John Plym', 3 cottages in a street outside the borough of Warwick called Church Street, between the tenement of Richard Fleccher and that of master John Huggeford and extending from the street to the land of the Hospital of St. John's Baptist, to the maintenance of the church of St. Nicholas' in Warwick and for providing a candle before the sepulchre and a lamp in the choir.
