| Description | Deed of gift by John de Woddelow, lord of Woddelow, to John Burrey and Henry Summerlane, chaplains, and Walter Smyth of Byschopp'hampton, of all his goods, lands and tenements which he held by the gift of Walter Smyth in the township and fields of Hulle Wotton, all tenements in Wodecote Berterrham which were once of Adam Addekyn of Wodecote Berterham belonging to a messuage with meadows, pastures, croft and appurtenances near the church of St Nicholas in Warwych' and all other tenements in the town or borough of Warwych' or its suburbs, to be held of the capital lord of the fee for ever, with clauses of warranty and sealing.
