| Description | Indentures of assignment of two mortgage terms of 1000 years in trust to attend the inheritance between Dame Jane Bowyer of the Priory in or near Warwick, widow, of the 1st part, Vincent Grantham of Goltho, Lincolnshire, esquire, and his son Richard Grantham of Goltho, esquire, of the 2nd part, William Colmore of the borough of Warwick, esquire, of the 3rd part, John Tarver of Edinburgh, son and executor of the last will and testament of William Tarver of the borough of Warwick, gent, deceased, of the 4th part, Henry Wise of Brompton Park, parish of Kensington, Middlesex, esquire, of the 5th part, and Lord William Powlet and William Smith of the parish of Kensington, gardener, of the 6th part, whereby Colmore and Tarver, by direction of Lady Bowyer and the Granthams, assign the two terms to Lord Powlet and Smith in trust for Lady Bowyer for life, then after her death to Henry Wise, of the manor and rectory and tithes, rents, profits, etc of Lillington, in consideration of 5 shillings paid by Lord Powlet and Smith to Colmore and Tarver, with recitals of indentures of 15 Apr 33 Chas II [1681], 10 Apr 34 Chas II [1682] and 14 Nov 1693.
