DescriptionIndenture of bargain and sale by Sir Henry Puckeringe alias Newton of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, baronet, to Richard Bromley of the borough of Warwick, mason, and Susanna his wife, of a messuage in West Street in the parish of St Mary in the borough of Warwick (between houses in the possession of Henry Lord, on the east, and John Brookes, on the west), late in the possession of Richard Jones and then of Edward Rastall, in consideration of £40.

Seals: two, one for Richard Bromley (who made his mark), wrapped in paper, the other for seal with no signature, with some wrapping paper still extant, attached by tags.
