DescriptionIndenture of mortgage by demise from Roger Price of Westbury, Buckinghamshire, esquire, to William Simonds, citizen and vintner of London, of a messuage and close of ground containing 5 acres in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex (in the tenure of William Peare the elder and William Peare the younger), a messuage with garden called the New Neat House in the said parish of St Martin with a parcel of meadow containing 10 acres lately enclosed and part of Abbots Meadow, and 11 acres 3 roods of meadow in the parishes of St Margaret, Westminster and St Martin in the Fields (late in the tenure of John Packer), to secure £1000, to be held for a term of 500 years, with provision for payment of £1030 by 13 May next.
