| Description | Deed of covenant by Sir Thomas Janson of Tunbridge, Kent, baronet, to James Mollett of Knightsbridge, Middlesex, gent, for the production of title deeds for lands between Knightsbridge and Kensington in the parish of St Margaret, Middlesex, reciting indentures of leases dated 26 May 1684 from Humphry Tomlinson to James Mollett for two sets of properties, an assignment of 25 Aug 1684 from Mollett to Francis Bowles, and an indenture of the same date from Bowles and Mollett to Sir Thomas, whereby if Mollett pays £412 on 20 June next, Sir Thomas covenants to produce the indentures recited.
