DescriptionIndentures of mortgage by demise to secure £1000 from Pendock Price of Westerham, Kent, esquire, and John Harrison of Perivale, MIddlesex, gent, to Sir Edward Ward, knight, Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer, and William Hayes of the parish of St Dunstan, West London, gent, of a messuage and garden containing 5 acres near the Neat Houses (in the tenure of John Wyan), a piece of meadow containing 4 acres adjoining the said garden (in tenure of Zara Jones), and 2 messuages with garden containing 5 acres abutting the causeway from Westminster to the Neat Houses (in the tenure of Zara Jones), all in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, and a brick messuage and garden containing 5 acres, with parcel of meadow converted into garden containing 4 acres adjoining Tuttlefields, (in tenure of Edward Emes), and a parcel of meadow containing 3 and a half acres (in the tenure of Francis Redding) in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, for a term of 100 years, in consideration of £1000 paid by Sir Edward to Price and 5 shillings paid by Hayes to Harrison, with provision for payment of £1060 by 12 March [1713].
