DescriptionIndenture of bargain and sale by Pendock Price of Westerham, Kent, esquire, and John Harrison of Perivale, Middlesex, gent, to Henry Wise of Brompton Park, Middlesex, esquire, of a messuage and garden containing 5 acres near the Neat Houses (in the tenure of John Wyan), a piece of meadow containing 4 acres adjoining the said garden (in tenure of Zara Jones), and 2 messuages with garden containing 5 acres abutting the causeway from Westminster to the Neat Houses (in the tenure of Zara Jones), all in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, and a brick messuage and garden containing 5 acres, with parcel of meadow converted into garden containing 4 acres adjoining Tuttlefields, (in tenure of Edward Emes), and a parcel of meadow containing 3½ acres (in the tenure of Francis Reding) in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, in consideration of £2750, (comprising £1750 paid by Wise to Price and £1000 by Wise to Sir Edward Ward, knight, Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer with reference to a mortgage made 11 Mar 1711) and 5 shillings paid by Wise to Harrison.
