DescriptionIndenture of deed to declare the uses of fine between Roger Price of Westbury, Buckinghamshire, esquire, and Anne his wife, of the 1st part, and John Cutler of London, esquire, and Edward Trussell of London, esquire, of the 2nd part, of 6 messuages in St Stephens Alley in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster (in the tenures of Zacharias Jennings, Richard Nunneley, Widow Paysted, William Tanner, Andrew Ellis and John Stanner), a messuage and close of ground containing 5 acres in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, and a messuage with garden called the New Neat House, with plot of meadow containing 10 acres lately enclosed and part of Abbots Meadow, and 11 acres 3 roods of meadow and 7 cartloads of hay, (the last messuage and lands being in the tenure of John Baker) in the parishes of St Margaret, Westminsters and St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, to be held to the uses of Roger Price, then of Anne Price, then of their son John Price and his male heirs.
Endorsed with sealing and delivery, and number "T.7".
Seals: red, round, of Roger Price and Anne Price, with designs of coats of arms, slightly worn, attached by tags.
