Witnesses: lords Robert de Clifford, Edmund de Eyncourt, Baldwin de Maners, William de Hereford, Thomas de Mounteny, William de Eyncourt, George de Thorp and others.
Dated at London, Tuesday on the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross 5 Edw son of Edw.
