Roger and Margaret are to receive the manor of Langar, Nottinghamshire (£100 and £3 5s 5½d), the manor of Eston [Easton], Lincolnshire (£9 16½d), lands and holdings in Merket Overton [Market Overton], Rutland (60 shillings), manors of Edmerthorp [Edmondthorpe] (£40 17s 7½d) and Wymundham [Wymondham], Leicestershire (£6 6s 1d), lands in Barston [Barnstone], Nottinghamshire (40 shillings), manor of Sonyndon [Sundon], Bedfordshire (£26), reversion of the manor of Hamelden [Hambleden], Buckinghamshire, held by Richard Lescrop for the life of Julian Dastyne (56 19s 8d), and escheat of rents of the manor of Oxendon [Oxenton], Gloucestershire (£25 3s 4d), with advowsons, and the advowson of Olderomney [Old Romney], Kent:
Steven and Milicent are to receive the the manors of Wyghton [Wyton], Yorkshire (£43 2s 2½d),the manors of Bentley and Hamthwayt [?Hampsthwaite], Yorkshire (£124 10s 1¾d), the manor of Oxendon [Oxenton], Gloucestershire (£31 3d), and the manor of Castelcome [Castle Combe], Wiltshire (£44 9s 1d), with advowsons:
Philip and Elizabeth are to receive the manor of Nettilsted [Nettlestead] (£68 6s 8½d), lands at Overtye (£6 13s 4d) and the manor of Barowe [Barrow] (£31 15s 11½d) in Suffolk, a 4th part of the manor of Thaksted [Thaxted], Essex (£22 15s 4d), the manors of Lyndfeld (£13 11s 6d) and Parva Stanbrig (£27 11s 7d) in Essex, the manors of Chetham (£33 11s 5d), Kyngeston [Kingston] (£14 9s 1½d) and Sibbeton (£19 6s 6½d) in Kent, the 4th part of the manor of Kyngesdon [Kingsdown], Kent (40 shillings), lands in Merston [Marston], Lincolnshire (46s 8d), with advowsons, and the advowson of the church of Blakenham [Suffolk], with lands at Overtye and Merston.
