Witnesses: John de Hellebek', John de Spenygthorn, Robert de Swynigthwayt then bailiff of Richem' [Richmond], Robert Copsy of Bolton, Richard de Alverton in Ellerton, Nicholas de Aldeburg' in Ellerton, John, servant, of Ellerton, and others.
Endorsed in pencil as being undated, c1250, with number "12" in ink.
Two seals: one of William, vesica-shaped, the other round and partly damaged, both green, attached by tags.
