| Description | Indenture of agreement between Sir Richard Lescrop, knight, and lords Thomas de Synithwhait, parson of the church of Fingall [Finghall], William de Synithwhait, parson of the church of Aynderby [Ainderby], John de Gunwardeby and George Darell, for Richard to re-enter all the lands and tenements in Ellerton on Swale, Great and Little Fencotes [Fencote], Renington [Rainton] and Disceford [Dishforth], to be held as given by Richard to them in a deed of feoffment as recited.
