DescriptionIndenture of agreement between Sir Richard Lescrop, knight, and lords Thomas de Synithwhait, parson of the church of Fingall [Finghall], William de Synithwhait, parson of the church of Aynderby [Ainderby], John de Gunwardeby and George Darell, for Richard to re-enter all the lands and tenements in Ellerton on Swale, Great and Little Fencotes [Fencote], Renington [Rainton] and Disceford [Dishforth], to be held as given by Richard to them in a deed of feoffment as recited.
Witnesses: lords Thomas de Ask', Akerisius de Hanlaghby, knights, John Clervans, John de Melsamby, Roger Oysell, William de Skurveton, William de Burgh, Thomas de Neusom, Robert de Bellerby and others.
Dated at Ellerton on Swale, Monday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist 22 Edw III.
