There are two terms of lease: firstly, for 31 years at the annual rent of £23 3s, on the properties at Warwick and Stratford, which formerly belonged to the Guild of Holy Trinity and St George: and secondly, for 21 years at the annal rents, respectively, of £4 7s on properties at Warwick formerly belonging to the Priory of St Sepulchre, 32s 4d for the other properties in Warwickshire of the Guild of Holy Trinity and St George, and 16s 3s for the lands at Cosby.
