DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Thomas Rush of Warwick, yeoman, of a messuage in Smith Street in Warwick (between a messuage of Sir Thomas Puckering in the tenure of William Yeap on the west and land late of Thomas Holbech, deceased, in the tenure of Anne Roe, widow, on the east), then in the tenure of Thomas Rush, to be held from the next feast of the Annunciation (25 Mar) for a term of 21 years, at the annual rents of 24 shillings and a good capon at the feast of St John the Baptist (24 June), with an attached schedule describing the premises, which Rush covenants to keep in good repair.
