Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to John Huscrofte of the borough of Warwick, carpenter, of a messuage known as St Michael's House in the borough of Warwick, with adjoining chapel, barns, stables, garden and orchard, then in the tenure of John Huscrofte, to be held from the feast of the Annunciation last past (25 Mar) for a term of 21 years, at the annual rents of £3 and a good hen at Shrovetide, with an attached schedule describing the premises, which Huscrofte covenants to keep in good repair. 13 Apr 9 Chas 1633.
