| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckeringe of Warwick, baronet, to Nicholas Chowne of Warwick, gent, of a messuage in Warwick near the Priory House in the tenure of Nicholas Chowne, a meadow called St Michael's Meadow and a barn with 2 bays on it, also in the tenure of Nicholas Chowne, and one acre of land in St Nicholas Meadow in the tenure of Richard Worleye, gent, to be held from the feast of the Annunciation last past [25 March] for a term of 99 years, as long as Mary Chowne, wife of Nicholas Chowne, his son John Chowne, and his daughter Elizabeth shall live, at the annual rent of 53s 4d, in consideration of £100.
