| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Hannah Cooke of the borough of Warwick, widow of Valentine Cook, late of the borough of Warwick, plumber and glazier, deceased, to John Perkins of Guys Cliff Mill in the borough of Warwick, miller, of the water corn mill lately erected on ground where two water corn mills and one roof called the Priory Mills had stood but had been lately pulled down, and a piece of land where a lean-to stable at the end of barn, formerly in the holding of John Pritchett, had been lately pulled down, with the stream or springs of water to the mill, pond, pool, dam and floodgates, and the road, way or passage from the north east corner of Priory Park to the mill adjoining the watercourse, to be held from 25 Dec last for a term of 99 years, at the annual rent of £15, with plan of the premises surveyed by William Baylis.
