| Description | Indenture of assignment by John Jephcott of the city of Coventry, upholsterer, his sister Elizabeth Jephcott of the borough of Warwick, spinster, Cornelius Harold of Austrey, clerk, and his wife Sarah, the only daughter of John Jephcott (John and Sarah being the only surviving executors of the last will and testament of Henry Jephcott late of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, deceased), to Joseph Battesson of the borough of Warwick, grocer, of a share or part of the residue of several terms of 500 years [from 10 Mar 1694], relating to the mills, engine, cistern, pipes and waterworks for the town of Warwick, at the annual rent of £5, in consideration of £55, with recitals of the indentures.
