Endorsed with memorandum of receipt of consideration money, comprising £515 paid by Williams, Jephcott and Smith, and £55 paid by Dame Jane Bowyer, widow of Sir Henry Puckering alias Newton in full satisfaction of arrears of £62 for rent from John Hopkins, 24 January 1704 [by modern calendar 1705].
